Welcome to Gram Beverages! The terms "Gram", “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Gram Beverages Inc., doing business as Gram Beverages. Gram Beverages operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Gram Beverages is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is not confirmed until accepted by us and payment is processed.
Orders are subject to our Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export without our prior written consent.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, BILLING & TAXES
Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order receipt.
Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping, duties, and import charges. Applicable sales taxes (GST, PST, HST, or VAT) will be added at checkout based on your shipping address. For orders shipped outside Canada, you are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, and taxes imposed by local authorities.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and to update it promptly as needed. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we deliver products to the carrier.

All trademarks, text, graphics, images, logos, and designs available through the Services are owned by Gram Beverages or our licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Gram Beverages is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are directly between you and Gram Beverages. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of purchases, including products, transactions, or disputes. You release Shopify from any claims arising from your transactions with Gram Beverages.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, as well as Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to such collection and processing, which may involve data transfers outside of Canada.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
By submitting suggestions, reviews, or feedback, you grant Gram Beverages a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for business purposes.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without notice, including after an order is placed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
